We carry out feasibility studies and studies of development potential. We do this kind of work for businesses, private individuals, NGOs and government bodies. The studies usually relate to a specific building or plot of land. The assessments primarily take account of the physical context (physical relief, habitat, building condition etc.) and the planning context. The latter covers development plan policy, statutory guidance, development constraints such as flood risk and designations, and the various relevant development standards.
